Send a deletion request

You can request deletion without signing in. Email contact@ygcventures.com with the subject OGEN data deletion.

1. Tell us the email address you use in OGEN and the company or workspace concerned.
2. Say whether you want your personal account data, Meta-related data held by OGEN, or another specific set of data deleted.
3. For company Meta reports, include the store name and reporting period if you know them. An ad-account ID is helpful if available, but is not required to make a request.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, access tokens or payment details. We will request only the information needed to locate the data and verify your identity and, for a company-wide request, your authority to act for that company.

What happens next

We normally respond within 30 days and handle verified deletion requests without undue delay. We will explain the scope of the deletion and confirm its completion. If we need more information or time, or must retain particular records under a legal obligation, we will explain the reason and applicable retention period.

For content your company controls, we coordinate with that company to carry out the request. You can still make a request about your own personal data if you are not a company administrator.

Meta Ads data in OGEN

OGEN accepts reports uploaded from Meta Ads Manager and, where enabled and separately authorized, reports retrieved through a direct Meta connection. You can request deletion of the Meta report rows and related report summaries held in OGEN for the company, store and period you specify. Disconnecting a direct connection in OGEN removes its credential and downloaded reports from the active service; uploaded files are separate.

If OGEN appears among your connected apps or business integrations in Meta, you can remove its authorization there to stop future access through that authorization. OGEN removes the associated direct-connection credential and downloaded reports when it receives Meta’s deauthorization notice or detects revocation on a report read. For separately uploaded reports, or to request deletion directly, use the email instructions above. Meta’s own data-deletion request flow can also return an OGEN confirmation link.

A request to OGEN concerns OGEN's copies of your data. It does not delete or modify your Facebook or Instagram account, Meta ad account, campaigns, budgets, ads, or reports in Meta.
